A Message From Our CEO
It is my pleasure to address you and thank you for visiting our website. Recent years have presented a number of challenging times for the economy in the area of employment and training yet striving forward to fulfill the vision we have stood the test of time. We are reaping the benefits of having strived for excellence through employment (placement /outplacement), training and consulting services for our clients (corporate, non- profits, for profits, schools, pharmaceutical and various healthcare organizations). Our staff members have a myriad of experience and responsibilities as our contracting agencies have imposed more rigorous performance requirements designed to tangibly measure our activities and accomplishments. Genesis Staffing Services continues to pursue contracts maintaining our presence as a SBE, WMBE through, New Jersey, New York and Georgia. While continuing to maintaining our presence locally we are striving for growth globally.
Our numbers of applicants when available participate in various training programs and workshops to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas that may leverage their ability to gain employment and successfully transition into our clients required opportunities. Wile conducting comprehensive individualized program planning, assessing risk carefully, job readiness techniques and collaborating are the essential elements of business.
Genesis Staffing Services provides our applicants with every opportunity to gain employment with marketable job skills, improved interpersonal skills, a repertoire of pro-social behaviors and community resources from which to receive additional support.
We decentralized the management and development of our employee training, and added resources in the forms of personnel and equipment. We have also implemented various training programs such as “Job Readiness”, “Presentation Skills”, “Train-the-Trainer” and for those who have a concentration of individualization “Grant Writing”.
I sincerely appreciate the unwavering guidance, opportunities and support of our contract authorities; the interest, input and from the communities in which Genesis Staffing Services operates; and the dedicated service of the GSS/GHCS staff members who, clearly, are responsible for the success our business.
