 How Our Recruitment Process Works and  Our Hiring Criterias

As stated in previous pages or former email. You will need to complete and follow all steps listed to complete your contract referral file status with us to a satisfactory level for internal or referral client positions.

**You must have a home office setup with - telephone line (home, cell and  fax ) for clients to reach you or to discuss pertinent components of the position. (Optional Equipment) - Printer & Fax Machine combination/all in one features


1) Please complete your initial Evaluation Assessment "  Contractor Pre-Screening with our HR Staff by telephone or you can request an online Power Point presentation here.  info@gsscareers.com

Please Note:  You will need to have the Power Point Viewer or the actual program to view the slide show, otherwise you will need to contact us to be assigned to a designated HR Staff member.

2) Please complete your one time independent contractor background check application with payment of $40.00
and please email your application back to intglobal@gsscareers.com for processing.


Background Check Payment required via :    PayPal 

A Contractor's Background Check Application will be emailed to you upon our phone interview. (if not sent to you previously)
